CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Don Thomas serves as Chief Operating Officer of Corscale Data Centers and its affiliated office and industrial development company, Patrinely. With over 30 years of experience and serves on the company’s investment committee.

 

NIC BUSTAMANTE

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER Development and technical lead specializing in data center site selection, due diligence, infrastructure negotiation, technical design, construction and operations for all Data Center projects globally. Past experience includes Apple, Google, Microsoft and Rackspace.

ERIK HARRISON

EVP, PRINCIPAL Based in the Washington, D.C. area, leads development for all projects in the Mid-Atlantic region and is involved in overseeing projects on a national basis. With 25 years of industry experience, he has considerable expertise in moving developments through the pre-development process.

David Joiner

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

David Joiner has 30 years of experience in development, program management and construction. He is currently working on the Gainesville Crossing project and has led many of the large build-to-suit projects for Patrinely, an affiliated company.

STUART LEVINSKY

SVP, SALES & MARKETING Responsible for the leasing and marketing of all data center assets; over 30 years of leadership in technology sales and marketing, with the last 10 years solely dedicated to data center leasing and go-to-market strategies. Past experience includes Iron Mountain Data Centers, Switch, CyrusOne and Cincinnati Bell.

CHARUL SEONI

SVP, OPERATIONS Responsible for managing and overseeing all Corscale data center operations beginning domestically with the startup of Gainesville Crossing Data Campus in Northern Virginia. Most recently, Charul was head of global data center operations at Verisign.

ELLIOTT CARTER

SR. PROJECT MANAGER Based in Virginia, Elliott works on the Gainesville Crossing Data Campus project. Elliott has 17 years of construction management, predevelopment, and technology experience, including seven years in data center development. Past experience include CoreSite, Digital Realty and Amazon Web Services, among others.

VINCE FAVA

SR. DATA ENGINEER Responsible for global technical sales; over 30 years in information technology and over 18 years in the data center industry, Vince is a seasoned strategist focused on reducing risks and costs associated with critical data center infrastructure. Vince held programming, engineering and managerial positions at JPMorgan Chase, IBM and CyrusOne.

DAVE GIFFORD

AVP Design, Construction & Operations Seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in large-scale data center space. Unique combination of skills with depth in data hall construction, delivery and commissioning, facility operations and the technical aspect of lease negotiations. Previously with Microsoft as a senior global data center portfolio lease program manager.

ANGIE GRANADO

SR. SALES OPERATIONS & STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS Responsible for account management and customer satisfaction, business process engineering, and management of sales and marketing systems. She brings over 20 years of experience in information systems, sales, and process improvements. Past experience includes CyrusOne.

ROBERT HURON

ASSOCIATE VP, SUPPLY CHAIN & COMMISSIONING Based in San Antonio, Robert is working on the Gainesville Crossing Data Campus project. He has over 12 years of experience as a construction/mechanical project manager. Past experience includes Turner and TDIndustries.

Leon Jansen van Rensburg

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER-DEVELOPMENT

Leon is based in No. Virginia and working on the Gainesville Crossing data campus project. He is experienced managing all phases of the construction lifecycle with specialties in cost management. His experience includes Vantage Data Centers, Walmart, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks and Meta in the San Francisco Bay Area.

JOCELYN McCASLIN

VP, SALES & MARKETING Over 10 years of experience, Jocelyn is a sales team leader with a focus on development of strategic Hyperscale relationships. Past experience includes Switch, RagingWire, CenturyLink, and IO Data Centers.

JULIAN MICHALSKI

DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT-EUROPE Julian is based in London and will be working on the Court Lane project and sourcing/developing other opportunities in Europe. Most recently, Julian was a senior project manager at Linesight in London responsible for overseeing the Court Lane project. Prior to this, he was a senior design manager Goldman Sachs, working on its flagship European headquarters, British Land and Royal Bank of Scotland. Julian has a 30-year career in design, construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, green technologies, and mission critical facilities. He attended Loughborough University and holds numerous professional and industry related certifications.

BO OFFENHAUER

VP, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Based in Virginia, Bo works on the Gainesville Crossing Data Campus project. Bo has over 15 years of experience in the mission critical construction industry within large cross-functional organizations. Past work includes Meta and Holder Construction, among others.

Dan Polly

VICE PRESIDENT

Dan Polly is currently providing day-to-day project management and construction oversight of the Gainesville Crossing project, including oversight of the horizontal infrastructure construction.

CABEL RICH

EHS DIRECTOR Responsible for developing and implementing the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies, procedures, and programs. Before joining Corscale, he was an EHS Regional Manager and Data Center Manager for Digital Realty, after serving with AWS, Mars, Inc. and the U.S. Navy.

Garrick Sturgill

SENIOR MANAGER, NETWORK DEVELOPMENT Garrick Sturgill is a 20+ year telecom veteran with vast experience building and managing metro, long haul, and backbone fiber networks, enterprise data centers and meet me rooms for leading suppliers of retail and wholesale colocation.

DAN VANDERPLAS

DATA CENTER CAMPUS DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS Responsible for overseeing and managing data center operations at the Gainesville data center campus. Most recently, Vanderplas was the Lead Engineer of Data Center Operations at Digital Realty Trust.
