Don serves as Chief Operating Officer of Corscale Data Centers and its affiliated office and industrial development company, Patrinely. With over 30 years of experience, Don works closely with leadership on implementing the company’s business strategies into daily operations, overseeing employees, and ensuring compliance with business regulations.

Erik Draaisma focuses on executive-level marketing strategies, commercial lease structuring, and site acquisition alignment. With over 15 years in the hyperscale data center industry, he previously served as Global Data Center Leasing at Microsoft, where he led a global team responsible for multi-gigawatt annual lease acquisitions. Prior to Microsoft, he held several leadership roles at Google, where he led land acquisition, infrastructure development and leasing efforts across APAC, as well as North America and South America.

Erik brings over 30 years of large-scale development experience overseeing architecture, engineering, and construction teams. He is essential to the seamless integration of design, development, and construction needed to successfully deliver Corscale’s world-class data centers. As hyperscale companies continue to enhance their cloud and AI applications, Erik is dedicated to meeting and exceeding industry expectations. He also serves as Executive Vice President for Patrinely, Corscale’s affiliated office and industrial development company.

David has over 30 years of experience in development, program management, and construction. He has successfully led and delivered numerous large, build-to-suit development projects in various U.S. markets. David’s depth of knowledge and his considerable expertise with strategic cost and timing optimization, resolution of sensitive and critical construction issues, and coordination of highly specialized teams offers a rare ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget. He is also the Executive Vice President for Patrinely, Corscale’s affiliated office and industrial development company.

Charul is a senior technology leader with over 25 years of infrastructure engineering, mission-critical operations, and emergency management experience. Charul is passionate about building a culture of continuous improvement through constant learning, training, coaching, and mentorship. His extensive experience in the Fire/Rescue field has shaped how Corscale Ops teams rapidly respond to, contain, mitigate, resolve, and learn from critical incidents. Previously, Charul was head of global data center operations at Verisign. He is a member of 7×24 Exchange International, AFCOM, the Uptime Institute, and is an Uptime Accredited Operations Specialist (AOS) and Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP).

David Ellis focuses on strengthening Corscale’s engagement with hyperscale customers in EMEA. With 20 years of data center industry experience, he previously served as CEO (EMEA) at Quantum Switch, a company specializing in the design and deployment of high-security colocation data centers. Additionally, he was Global Infrastructure Senior Lead, Strategy and Acquisition at Google and held leadership positions at Equinix.

Rob oversees Corscale’s exemplary physical security program. With 30 years of effective, mission-focused leadership in both private and public sector roles, he excels in guiding investigative teams through complex intelligence and investigative matters. His experience includes CD4GS, Chainalysis, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Heather Brinkerhoff is a distinguished expert in environmental, health and safety, program development, implementation, and compliance. She has a well-versed career spanning over 20 years, with experience as a state regulator in California and Virginia, industry specific experience in hyperscale data centers and multiple power generating stations, as well as over a decade in the EHS consulting space. She is an accredited Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and holds certifications in RCRA hazardous waste, DOT hazardous materials, AHERA asbestos, and OSHA 30-hour. Her expertise is further recognized through her active memberships in the American Society of Safety Professionals, the National Safety Council and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.

Elliott brings over 20 years of engineering and construction design, analysis, and project management experience, including 10+ years in data center development. His dedication and customer-focused approach to efficiency, organization and communication consistently deliver highly successful projects that exceed expectations. He has managed the development of 300 MW+ of critical capacity and over 3M SF of data center space in multiple domestic and international jurisdictions. Elliott is a Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP) with past experience at AWS, Dupont Fabros, Digital Realty, and Coresite.

James is recognized for consistently delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget. He brings a combination of strategic perspective, technical proficiency, and collaborative leadership to each assignment. With 20 years of experience managing high-security, large-scale government and commercial initiatives, James has directed the design and completion of more than 2.6 million square feet of specialized mission-critical facilities.

John has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development. His broad skill set provides a unique opportunity to plug him into any stage of the development process. Whether John is overseeing a build-to-suit project or expanding Corscale’s organic approach to investing in existing Tier 1 and strategic Tier 2 data center markets, his creative and solution-oriented experience is invaluable across various projects. Previously, he served as partner with Childress Klein Properties in Charlotte, NC, and senior real estate manager for AWS, dedicated to the development of northern Virginia markets.

Dave is a 17-year data center veteran with broad experience in design, construction, operations, supply chain, and leasing. His unique experience of technical and overall project knowledge contributes to delivering industry-leading hyperscale data centers. Dave leverages his vast knowledge to deliver sophisticated solutions with an emphasis on MEP and critical building systems. His experience includes Microsoft Senior Global Lease Program Manager, McKinstry lead critical environments technician, and U.S. Army Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical warfare specialist.

Angie has over 30 years of experience with information systems and CRM. With this extensive knowledge of systems, sales, and process improvements, she develops best-in-class processes for a variety of hyperscale data centers. Angie has proven that committed attention to account management and customer needs are key to the success of a project. She always strives to sincerely engage, listen, and provide the best solutions for her customers. Angie was an integral part of CyrusOne, honing their operations as they grew from one data center to more than 40 enterprise-class facilities across three continents.

Ludo is an accomplished energy leader with over 16 years of experience in the electric utility industry. He is driven by a passion for delivering safe, clean, and reliable energy solutions to communities and businesses. With a keen eye for business and engineering development opportunities, he has led teams of professionals to institute major projects in data center grid planning, grid modernization, renewables, electrification, distribution and substation, project management and operations, and other aspects of electric distribution, transmission, and substation grid. He spent 16 years at Dominion Energy Virginia in various roles, most recently as Manager-Electric Distribution System Grid Planning. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Virginia.

Robert has over 18 years of experience as a construction/mechanical project manager in standard and enhanced commissioning. His expertise in problem resolution, project planning, and project management from inception through completion time and again has resulted in customers gaining a competitive advantage in delivering their cloud and AI services. Whether supervising installers and technicians or communicating with engineers and owners, he brings efficiency and collaboration to all levels of a project’s dynamics. Robert’s past experience includes roles with TD Industries and Turner, where he was MEP/Cx/OFCI manager for the San Antonio division for large-scale projects.

Greg leads Corscale’s cybersecurity strategy, collaborating with service providers, regulators, and clients to safeguard the company’s information assets. He brings extensive industry experience, an exceptional talent for resolving complex security challenges, and methodical problem-solving abilities to the team and our hyperscale projects. Past experience includes Sony, Cisco and NASA.

Julian has over 30 years of experience in design, construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, green technologies, and mission-critical facilities. He brings a wealth of expertise as a widely accomplished senior executive with a successful track record in project delivery. Based in London, Julian leads the development of large-scale projects and campuses for some of Europe’s most innovative clients. He previously held director roles with Goldman Sachs, Long & Partners, Royal Bank of Scotland (Natwest), and British Land. He is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers.

Tommy brings over 20 years of global experience designing, developing, and operating hyperscale data centers. He has a proven track record taking projects from concept through commissioning, leading cross-functional teams, and securing hundreds of megawatts of leases. Tommy is a recognized expert in liquid and air-side cooling, power infrastructure, modular delivery, and cost optimization, with a consistent focus on efficiency, reliability, and long-term value creation. His experience includes EdgeCore Digital, Kasi Data Centers, Oracle, and AWS.

Dan brings more than two decades of expertise in development and construction within the commercial real estate industry. He plays a crucial role from initial planning and due diligence right through to site plan approval and selection of the general contractor. His exceptional talent for collaborating with county officials and utility companies accelerates project approvals, leading to effective early-stage project planning. His knowledge in the construction industry paired with an approachable personality make him a valued member of our team. His experience includes Hudson Meridian and Plaza Construction.

Dan holds a wide range of expertise in electrical power distribution, instrumentation/control equipment, thermal energy management, and process automation. His knowledge and interest in new technologies and systems make him an integral part of the ever-changing operations of our customers’ sustainable, high-density data centers. His past experience includes Digital Realty Trust as a manager of facility engineering and the U.S. Navy as a submarine nuclear power plant supervisor. He is a member of 7×24 Exchange International and Data Center Young Professionals.
