Corscale’s proprietary high-efficiency power design gives our hyperscale customers industry-leading performance. In addition, Corscale prefers to partner with utility providers with annual public sustainability goals and a clear and progressive path to decarbonization.

Water conservation

With an industry-leading water usage effectiveness (WUE), Corscale requires a fraction of the water that a typical hyperscale data center uses due to our closed-loop, air-cooled chiller system, as well as our involvement with indirect and domestic water usage initiatives.

Green

Corscale implements advanced refrigerants, utilizes materials with low emissions, and employs specific designs to decrease the carbon intensity of our building materials. In addition, Corscale optimizes ZincFive nickel-zinc batteries for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.
