With an emphasis on end-to-end efficiency and sustainability, Nic is dedicated to responsibly supporting today’s and tomorrow’s digital future. His passion for innovation and his expertise in implementing new technologies makes him an integral part of the design, development, and operations of data centers for some of the world’s most sophisticated companies. His past experience includes leadership roles at Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Rackspace.

Erik brings over 30 years of large-scale development experience overseeing architecture, engineering, and construction teams. He is essential to the seamless integration of design, development, and construction needed to successfully deliver Corscale’s world-class data centers. As hyperscale companies continue to enhance their cloud and AI applications, Erik is dedicated to meeting and exceeding industry expectations. He also serves as Executive Vice President for Patrinely, Corscale’s affiliated office and industrial development company.

David has over 30 years of experience in development, program management, and construction. He has successfully led and delivered numerous large, build-to-suit development projects in various U.S. markets. David’s depth of knowledge and his considerable expertise with strategic cost and timing optimization, resolution of sensitive and critical construction issues, and coordination of highly specialized teams offers a rare ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget. He is also the Executive Vice President for Patrinely, Corscale’s affiliated office and industrial development company.

Stuart is an industry veteran with over 14 years of experience as a sales leader in the evolving data center industry. His dedicated focus on large enterprise and hyperscale opportunities offers a unique understanding of customers’ needs, expectations, and the path to fulfillment. From his work on legislative initiatives to his experience negotiating complex, time-sensitive data center agreements, Stuart has always taken a customer-first approach while striving to be a true technology partner for his clients. Stuart has previously worked for some of the largest, most successful data center companies in the industry, including CyrusOne, Switch, and Iron Mountain.

Charul is a senior technology leader with over 25 years of infrastructure engineering, mission-critical operations, and emergency management experience. Charul is passionate about building a culture of continuous improvement through constant learning, training, coaching, and mentorship. His extensive experience in the Fire/Rescue field has shaped how Corscale Ops teams rapidly respond to, contain, mitigate, resolve, and learn from critical incidents. Previously, Charul was head of global data center operations at Verisign. He is a member of 7×24 Exchange International, AFCOM, the Uptime Institute, and is an Uptime Accredited Operations Specialist (AOS) and Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP).

Elliott brings over 20 years of engineering and construction design, analysis, and project management experience, including 10+ years in data center development. His dedication and customer-focused approach to efficiency, organization and communication consistently deliver highly successful projects that exceed expectations. He has managed the development of 300 MW+ of critical capacity and over 3M SF of data center space in multiple domestic and international jurisdictions. Elliott is a Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP) with past experience at AWS, Dupont Fabros, Digital Realty, and Coresite.

John has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development. His broad skill set provides a unique opportunity to plug him into any stage of the development process. Whether John is overseeing a build-to-suit project or expanding Corscale’s organic approach to investing in existing Tier 1 and strategic Tier 2 data center markets, his creative and solution-oriented experience is invaluable across various projects. Previously, he served as partner with Childress Klein Properties in Charlotte, NC, and senior real estate manager for AWS, dedicated to the development of northern Virginia markets.

With 25 years in senior management roles, Carolyn delivers digital marketing strategies and PR initiatives to not only inform clients about the benefits of hyperscale opportunities but also to inspire future growth and innovation. Carolyn’s creativity, robust management skills, and proficiency are vital assets to any project. Additionally, she occupies an equivalent role for Corscale’s affiliated entity, Patrinely. She is a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services, a dedicated marketing group for the built environment.

With 40 years of experience in information technology, 18 years of which in the data center industry, Vince is a seasoned data center strategist focused on reducing risks and costs associated with critical data center infrastructure. He is highly adept at conveying technical architecture details between tenants and Corscale’s engineering team, which serves to benefit both the property owner and the client. His previous experience includes engineering and managerial positions at JPMorgan Chase and CyrusOne.

Dave is a 17-year data center veteran with broad experience in design, construction, operations, supply chain, and leasing. His unique experience of technical and overall project knowledge contributes to delivering industry-leading hyperscale data centers. Dave leverages his vast knowledge to deliver sophisticated solutions with an emphasis on MEP and critical building systems. His experience includes Microsoft Senior Global Lease Program Manager, McKinstry lead critical environments technician, and U.S. Army Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical warfare specialist.

Angie has over 30 years of experience with information systems and CRM. With this extensive knowledge of systems, sales, and process improvements, she develops best-in-class processes for a variety of hyperscale data centers. Angie has proven that committed attention to account management and customer needs are key to the success of a project. She always strives to sincerely engage, listen, and provide the best solutions for her customers. Angie was an integral part of CyrusOne, honing their operations as they grew from one data center to more than 40 enterprise-class facilities across three continents.

Ludo is an accomplished energy leader with over 16 years of experience in the electric utility industry. He is driven by a passion for delivering safe, clean, and reliable energy solutions to communities and businesses. With a keen eye for business and engineering development opportunities, he has led teams of professionals to institute major projects in data center grid planning, grid modernization, renewables, electrification, distribution and substation, project management and operations, and other aspects of electric distribution, transmission, and substation grid. He spent 16 years at Dominion Energy Virginia in various roles, most recently as Manager-Electric Distribution System Grid Planning. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Virginia.

Robert has over 18 years of experience as a construction/mechanical project manager in standard and enhanced commissioning. His expertise in problem resolution, project planning, and project management from inception through completion time and again has resulted in customers gaining a competitive advantage in delivering their cloud and AI services. Whether supervising installers and technicians or communicating with engineers and owners, he brings efficiency and collaboration to all levels of a project’s dynamics. Robert’s past experience includes roles with TD Industries and Turner, where he was MEP/Cx/OFCI manager for the San Antonio division for large-scale projects.

Jocelyn has over 12 years of experience in the data center, cloud, and telecommunications sectors. Her industry expertise, knowledge of markets, and personalized approach to client relationships continue to result in a high degree of customer satisfaction. She is passionately dedicated to delivering the right hyperscale solution for each customer. Before joining Corscale, Jocelyn was the Vice President of Global Sales at Switch where she developed a hyperscale program and managed start-to-finish transactions with clients. Additionally, Jocelyn held leadership roles at Raging Wire Data Centers, IO Data Centers, and CenturyLink.

Julian has over 30 years of experience in design, construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, green technologies, and mission-critical facilities. He brings a wealth of expertise as a widely accomplished senior executive with a successful track record in project delivery. Based in London, Julian leads the development of large-scale projects and campuses for some of Europe’s most innovative clients. He previously held director roles with Goldman Sachs, Long & Partners, Royal Bank of Scotland (Natwest), and British Land. He is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers.

Bo has over 16 years of experience in the mission-critical construction industry within large cross-functional organizations. To all projects, Bo brings the hands-on expertise, knowledge and leadership needed to build a range of data center projects at scale. Bo’s ability to quickly adapt to customer needs and overcome project-specific challenges proves that it is possible to balance the need for accelerated delivery with stringent worker safety programs. His past experience includes leadership roles with Meta, Cyrus One, and AWS.

Dan brings more than two decades of expertise in development and construction within the commercial real estate industry. He plays a crucial role from initial planning and due diligence right through to site plan approval and selection of the general contractor. His exceptional talent for collaborating with county officials and utility companies accelerates project approvals, leading to effective early-stage project planning. His knowledge in the construction industry paired with an approachable personality make him a valued member of our team. His experience includes Hudson Meridian and Plaza Construction.

Cabel Rich is a senior management professional with extensive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leadership across a range of mission-critical facility types. He is dedicated to improving upon best-in-class industry standards. He has a proven, long-standing track record of partnering with stakeholders to deliver the non-negotiables of a safe work environment and responsible corporate citizenship. His experience includes EHS Regional Manager of Digital Realty and managerial roles with AWS and Mars Chocolate North America. He also served as a Nuclear Electrician with the U.S. Navy for nine years.

Garrick is a telecom veteran with over 30 years of experience building and managing metro, long haul, and backbone fiber networks, enterprise data centers, and meet-me rooms for leading suppliers of retail and wholesale colocation. His unique ability to design, build, and run efficient and resilient fiber optic networks is a range of expertise seldom seen in the industry. Driven by a deep interest in emerging technologies, he leverages his wealth of experience, profound knowledge, and extensive network of industry experts to ensure rapid design and implementation of sophisticated solutions. His past experience includes roles at IsoFusion, Centeris Data Centers, and CoreLink.

Dan holds a wide range of expertise in electrical power distribution, instrumentation/control equipment, thermal energy management, and process automation. His knowledge and interest in new technologies and systems make him an integral part of the ever-changing operations of our customers’ sustainable, high-density data centers. His past experience includes Digital Realty Trust as a manager of facility engineering and the U.S. Navy as a submarine nuclear power plant supervisor. He is a member of 7×24 Exchange International and Data Center Young Professionals.

Leon has nine years of commercial and data center development expertise, specializing in construction project and cost management. He possesses a distinctive talent for guaranteeing efficient project management, cost control, and adherence to schedules. He began his career working for a general contractor and later transitioned to consulting for high-profile clients including Meta Platforms, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks and Vantage Data Centers.
